As an experienced intimacy coach and marriage expert, and wife of 28 years, Dr. Alexandra knows the nuances of deep connection for smart, successful couples. During each episode, she explores topics such as emotional awareness, sexual intimacy, and tips to build an intimate connection that feels comfortable and authentic for you and your partner. This includes all manner of practical advice and strategies to help you unlock the full potential of your relationship.
